Rick attended TT from Kindergarten to Grade 6. He has stayed in close contact with two classmates, John Goldsand and Howie Winestock. As well, he has been able to stay connected with Tslilah and Gershon Barzel. Some of Rick’s fondest memories from his TT days include:
Rick has been married to Nikki for over 33 years and they have two sons. Zach lives in Vancouver and Jordan lives in Edmonton with his wife Kayla. Rick is the founding principal of The Vogel Group, a leadership recruitment firm based in Edmonton. Rick’s time at TT and the friendships he developed have been the cornerstone of his relationship to the Edmonton Jewish community.
