Sportball (Dates TBA – Usually Mondays 3:30 – 5 pm KG-6)

“Sportball offers schools a variety of programming opportunities that can supplement or enhance your existing phys-ed curriculum. Our Sportball Methodology was developed using leading pediatric growth charts that outline the optimal stages at which a child can learn different skills, both physical and cognitive.”

We have run this Sportball program successfully for many years, and we hope to continue running it, with enhanced COVID safety protocols. Stay tuned.

Martial Arts: (TBA – usually Tuesdays 3:30 to 4:15 pm Gr. 1-3)

Our students can’t get enough of Professor Lane Binetruy, of Arashi do Martial Arts (West Edmonton). He encourages his students to LEARN focus and self discipline, TRAIN for fun and competition, EXCEL physically and mentally, and BUILD confidence and friendships!

Robotics/Coding: (TBA – Usually Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 pm Gr. 1-3/Gr. 4-6)

We have excellent teachers from Sylvan Learning Centre come to the school to run this stimulating, fun and educational program. Every week students build a different robot using Lego pieces, with the help of experienced teachers.

Rikud Academy Israeli Dance (TBA – Usually Thursdays 3:30-4:30 pm KG-5)

This dance program is run by Director Sari Uretsky out of the school. This very popular program runs from around October to March, and culminates in a very exciting and polished recital performance. This is a great way to introduce your child to the art of Israeli dance .
